Peter W. Maguire

Peter Maguire focuses his practice on criminal defense. He is a 1997 graduate of Amherst College, and a 2003 graduate of the American University Washington College of Law. Attorney Maguire entered private practice following over a decade as a prosecutor in Plymouth County. Attorney Maguire prosecuted felony cases in the Superior Court and was a member of the Family Protection Unit of the Plymouth County District Attorney’s Office, after spending many years as the District Court lead prosecutor.
