Joshua J. Wood

Joshua Wood focuses his practice on all areas of criminal and family law. Attorney Wood is a 2004 graduate of Boston University School of Law and is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. 

After law school, Attorney Wood worked as a staff attorney for the Committee for Public Counsel Services in the Brockton office from 2004 until 2006. In 2006, Attorney Wood entered private practice, focusing on both criminal defense and family law. Attorney Wood partnered with Jason Benzaken in 2008 and began Benzaken and Wood, LLP, a small practice focusing primarily on criminal defense. Since that time, Attorney Wood has practiced throughout the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in both the District Courts and Superior Courts, handling all types of criminal cases from minor misdemeanors to major felonies, including murder.
